## Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT This requirement is for the in-frame overhaul of the Cummins ISL9-450 Engine in E-One Fire truck AF11C00291. A site survey will not be completed for this requirement. Per DAFMAN 91-203 (Section 30.5), external personnel are prohibited from performing maintenance on-base, preventing companies from using their own equipment in the shop.
