## Description

United States Space Force Operational Test & Training Infrastructure (OTTI) Program Executive Office (PEO) and Delta 11 Satellite Communications Services Contract is required to provide Ku and C Band Bandwidth to support Delta 11 testing and evaluation for the Continental United States (CONUS) and Hawaii. Please see attached RFI for specifics related to this notice in addition to Draft PWS to assist in responding to the RFI.
