## Description

The objective of this requirement is to provide Senior Leaders and their support staff with high throughput COMSATCOM while traveling via equipped Operational Support Airlift/Executive Airlift (OSA/EA) aircraft. The specifics of the requirment can be found in the attached draft PWS. The Government requests vendors to review the draft PWS (attached) and answer the RFI questions (attached).
