Additionally, the contractor shall provide a foundation design for the new tower, and a new lightning protection system and ground loop, including FAA beacon lights as necessary. **Period of Performance:** 265 calendar days, to begin 10 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). NTP to be issued within 30 days after award. This is a solicitation for a Firm-Fixed-Price Construction Contract for Space Launch Delta 45, Kennedy Space Center,, FL (accessed within Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, FL). **Notice to Offerors:** Funds are not presently available for this project. The Governments obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
