## Description

The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for Heavy Equipment Rental needed to complete construction project for NASA. ALL PRICE LIST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN PDF OR WORD FORMAT. We are looking to award this requirement as a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and not a contract. A BPA will allow our authorized users to call whenever they have a need for the equipment. The duration of need and type of equipment will change throughout the construction process.

A BPA allows the customer flexibility that a fixed contract does not. We understand that the vendor may not have each item of equipment available at all times. Because of this, we are looking to award BPA’s to multiple vendors. The duration of the BPA will be approximately from 1 Sep 24 – May 2025
