This is a Sole Source to Motorola Solutions, Inc. for the CCSFS LMR Consoles Relocation, in accordance with (IAW) FAR13.106-1(b)(1). As required IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15) Motorola Solutions, Inc. is the only source capable of fulfilling the government’s requirement for the CCSFS LMR Consoles Relocation per market research. These specifications are a unique requirement to support the SLD 45 launch mission. The attached Sole Source Justification has been made available for review. No solicitation documents exist at this time. This item utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 334220. As required IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The U.S. government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the expense of the interested party. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/PKB has determined that Motorola Solutions, Inc. is only source capable of providing this requirement.
