## Description

**Amendment 2:** EFFECTIVE 2/22/24, Questions and Answers Document, Vessel Specification Sheets, and updated combined synopsis/solicitation. The purpose of this amendment is to attach the questions and answers document, vessel specification sheets/diagrams/photos, and the updated combined synopsis/solicitation to include an update to the CLIN structure

Amendment 1, efffective 7 Feb 2024: Site Visit Information The purpose of this amendment is to allow for a site visit at Patrick SFB for the viewing of the two vessels requiring Sea Keeper installation, along with an amendment to the RFQ due date and RFQ question due date.

3:00 P.M. EST Questions Due: 15 Feb 2024 at 3:00 P.M. EST If base access is required for the site visit, please enter the east Patrick SFB gate and continue to the Patrick Space Force Base Visitor’s Center located at 840 Falcon Ave Bldg 720, Patrick Space Force Base, FL 32925 no later than 9:30 A.M. EST on 14 Feb 2024. Attendees must present valid identification and vehicle insurance for admission to Patrick SFB. Please direct your intent to attend the site visit to 45CONS.PKB.email@us.af.mil. Acknowledgement of this amendment is required if a response is submitted to the solicitation FA252124QB029.

The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for the purchase of two (2) Seakeeper 4 Vessel stabilization systems to enable the 308th RQS Pararescue operators to effectively manage seaborne operation requirements in rough seas and inclement weather.
