## Description

This action will result in a new firm-fixed-price contract that covers materials, shipping and installation services to replace a damaged Space Ground System (SGLS) antenna and contrction services to fix the concrete pad where the antenna is will be installed, at Finegayan, Guam, made inoperable by Typhoon Mawar.
