Interested parties are encouraged to review the existing Performance Work Statement (PWS) for detailed information regarding contract requirements. The SOC shall not exceed ten one-sided pages in length, with a font no smaller than twelve point, and must be compatible with MS Word or PDF format. At a minimum, the SOC should directly address the interested source's capability to: (1) perform the functional requirements from date of award as defined in the PWS and ensure continuity of Space Fence OM&S on a 24/7 - 365 basis; (2) provide qualified personnel meeting minimum security clearance and professional certification requirements at performance location as a phase-in period is not available and; (3) execute and meet travel support requirements (including obtaining passports, visas, and country clearances).
