This Sources Sought has been updated. 21 CONS at Peterson SFB is seeking sources for market research purposes. This sources sought is for a Tactical Surveillance Countermeasures KIt. The kit needs to be mobile and include a travel case. This kit will need to have all capabilities to secure SCIFs, and conduct searches for electronic signals in both mobile and stationary operations.
