The 21st Communication Squadron seeks a Contractor to upgrade the OSP fiber optic cables on Cheyenne Mountain SFS. The contract type for this procurement will be a firm-fixed price contract. **Requirements:** Attached specifications may not be all inclusive. **Evaluations Factors:** Award will be made based Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
