## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number FA251724Q0034 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ.

The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03, effective 2/23/2024. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 333415 – Air Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing. The size standard is 1,250 Employees.

The quotes will be evaluated in accordance with (IAW) FAR 52.212-2, found herein. Please read and comply with all requirements for submitting a quote under the solicitation instructions and the addenda to FAR 52.212-1. Failure to comply with all instructions contained within this synopsis/solicitation could result in the quote being ineligible for award. It is the offeror’s responsibility to ensure their quote meets all the requirements identified herein.

The Government reserves the right to not award this contract to any offeror. The purpose of this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is for replacing the bearings in cooling towers 2, 3 and 4 and balancing the fans at Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station (CMSFS), CO.
