## Description

The Air Force Test Center Specialized Testing Branch (AFTC/PZZD Eglin AFB, FL intends to award a sole source contract to Marvin Test Solutions, 11770 Kettering St, Irvine, CA 92614, Cage: 056D8, to provide Part Number 3162-000-00: SmartCan Gen2 Quantity of One, and Part Number 3060-288-00: 1760 Test Cable, Quantity of One. The Air Force is purchasing this testing apparatus for the purpose of Aircraft Cyber Testing.The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order.

The statutory authority which permits sole source for this acquisition is 10 United States Code (USC) 3204(b)(B), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B). This authority is supported by an approved Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition. It is the Government's intent to proceed with this sole-source action. The applicable NAICS code is 334515. The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is 750 employees.

The anticipated award date is 27 June 2024. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.

All responses received by 12:00 pm CDT on 20 June 2024 will be considered by the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these services.
