Powertrain and parts will be for foreign and domestic target assets. This requirement will be expected to utilize several different vendors to meet the need for powertrain overhaul, repair, and parts. The contract will be a multiple award IDIQ for 5 years with a 5-year Option for a possible total of 10 years. Each Delivery order will be evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable per line item. The contract will allow for on-ramping and off-ramping contractors in accordance with the Ordering Procedures.
