## Description

The 96 Range Control Squadron (RNCS) requires agile software development to develop new features, refine existing features, and to incorporate new patches and software versions as required into Maestro Government off the Shelf (GOTS) software. The Multi-Caveat Analytical Computing Environment (MACE) software platform is the name of the current Authority to Operate (ATO) package which includes Maestro.

Maestro is the name of the security arbitration software to meet Department of Defense (DOD) Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG) controls and requirements. The Protection Level 3 (PL3) MACE platform supports advanced analytical, data processing, and archival capabilities while maintaining strict security protocols to handle classified information.

These commercial services will be performance-based, and include program management; program review; equipment & material procurement; engineering/software design, development, integration, testing & quality assurance; iterative design & technical reviews; and training of DoD personnel.
