Specifically, this capability is envisioned to enable accomplishment of the technical orders by Department of Air Force maintainers who are not a specialist in the scope of the Technical Order. This capability would assist in minimizing content management of the supplemental information to Technical Orders (TOs) intended to enable their accomplishment.
