## Description

This contract provides for research and development of a mobile application that is compatible with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) personal devices/sensors (e.g. Fitbit, Garmin, etc.). The application will capture and monitor physiological and behavioral data which organizations can leverage to optimize team performance and reduce isolation barriers. The objective of the acquisition is to obtain a better understanding of mental health states.
