The Government does not intend to hold a proposal kick-off, please send in all questions regarding all solicitation documents via email within seven (7) calendar days of solicitation release per instructions listed in the Section L attachment. The proposal shall be valid for 90 days from the date of submission. Notice: The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse the contractor for any costs.
