## Description

This is a notice of intent to award sole source for Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) Replacement of Avionics for Global Operations and Navigation (DRAGON), Spares Procurement. This is a Firm Fixed Price commercial supply acquisition that will be awarded under the authority of RFO 6.103-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
