The scope of this contract is amended to incorporate a critical, non-commercial, preparatory phase of work by adding an estimated cost. This new effort encompasses the specialized analytical services required to perform comprehensive pre-planning analysis and to subsequently develop detailed aircraft modification work cards. These work cards represent the foundational, step-by-step procedures that are an absolute prerequisite for the physical installation of the MJU modification. This analytical phase ensures that all technical documentation is reviewed and a clear, executable plan is in place, thereby mitigating risk and paving the way for the successful hands-on modification effort.
