## Description

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency intends award a 6-month extension to the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) on a sole source basis to provide DTRA with a continuation of the current support for development of mid-cadre career nuclear professionals. The requirement to execute a curriculum is currently being executed by CSIS. This action is planned pursuant to the authority under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541990. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations or proposals.

However, interested parties have 7 days from the date of publication of this notice to submit, in writing, clear and convincing evidence of their qualifications and/or capabilities to continue the current Next Generation Nuclear Professionals curriculum and maintenance of all records and publications stemming from the curriculum to the identified point of contact.

Information received as a result of this notice will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Reponses received after seven (7), with or with the required information, will be considered non-responsive to this notice and will not be considered. A determination by the Government not to conduct this effort as a full-and-open competitive procurement, based on the responses to this notice, is solely within the Government's discretion.

The Government will not reimburse for any expenses incurred in response to this notice. All inquiries must be submitted in writing to kieron.i.seignoret.civ@mail.mil. Responses must also include your business name, point of contact, address, and telephone number. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted.
