## Description

Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W56HZV-24-Q-0015 1. The purpose of this Amendment to W56HZV-24-Q-0015 is to extend the closing date from 06 May 2024 to 20 May 2024 at 5:00 p.m. EST. 2. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal via e-mail to the Contract Specialist (diana.jones47.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (valencia.d.lane.civ@army.mil) with subject header: Proposal Submission- W56HZV-24-Q-0015 (Company Name).

Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist and or the Contracting Officer will reply to the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission. 3. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

**Original Posting:** The United States Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing a solicitation for MODULATOR ASSEMBLY. Solicitation W56HZV-24-Q-0015 will be a competitive, small-business set-aside intended to result in the award of a single Firm-Fixed Price contract for the supplies specified. This Request for Quote (RFQ) Solicitation, W56HZV-24-Q-0015, will result in a Firm Fixed-Price purchase order for the procurement of the following:

**MODULATOR ASSEMBLY NSN:** 2920-01-607-2784 QUANTITY: 21 EA* *100% option available This is a manufacturers’ part, and therefore, no technical data is associated with this requirement.

**MANUFACTURER’S PART NUMBER:** A59001M1 Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal no later than Monday, 06 May 2024 at 5:00 PM EST via e-mail to the Contract Specialist (diana.jones47.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (valencia.d.lane.civ@army.mil) with subject header: Proposal Submission- W56HZV-24-Q-0015 (Company Name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist and or the Contracting Officer will reply to the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission.
