## Description

The Louisiana Air National Guard (LAANG) seeks to procure a 6-month advertising recruitement campaign in the New Orleans and surrounding parishes market via radio stations and other digital platforms. Reaching potential recruits in a competitive job market requires a multi-faceted approach that goes beyond traditional recruitment methods.

As such, the goal is to reach the desired target demographic (young adults, 17-24 years old) and achieve significant recruitment results by attracting qualified individuals to fill critical roles and maintain operational readiness. The campaign should increase awareness of LAANG opportunities, ultimately driving recruitment and strengthening the LAANG's presence in the community.
