Site characterization to support activities such as licensing, permitting, construction and upgrades are the responsibility of the Selectee. Question #2 Can the government provide any as-built information or plans relating to buildings, utilities, and/or paved roads on the INTEC site currently? Answer 2 (reference RFA page 9): DOE will provide to the Selectee existing information related to the specific site. Site characterization to support activities such as licensing, permitting, construction and upgrades are the responsibility of the Selectee. Question #3 Can the government provide any information relating to utilities or abandoned-in-place infrastructure that exist below the surface of the site? Answer 3 (reference RFA page 9): DOE will provide to the Selectee existing information related to the specific site.
