## Description

The DFAS intends to issue a Sole Source procurement to Professional Software Consortium, Inc (PSC) to obtain licenses and maintenance for the Army Active Pay System – Personal Computer (AAPS-PC) software for accurate computation of pay and entitlements for active duty military members. Maintenance will include updates to that software. The proposed procurement is for an item for which the Government intends to solicit from only one source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1.

This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source procurement action and is NOT a request for quote. The SOW and the redacted J&A are attached. Any responses receievd from this special notice will be considered information only an dwill not be used as an offer.
