## Description

1. This notice is posted IAW FAR 5.203 “Publicizing and response time.” The Government intends to release a solicitation on or after 15 days from the date this notice for the requirement below. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.

2. This is a pre-solicitation notice for a design-build. The contractor (Ktr) shall provide 35%, 65%, and 100% design services and construction necessary for the ktr to repair three flightline gates that are currently in disrepair.

3. The solicitation shall be publicized through the Government-wide point of entry on SAM.gov. Prospective offerors must be registered with SAM.gov.
