## Description

355th Contracting Squadron will award Blanket Purchase Agreement FA487724A0001 with a potential dollar threshold of $4.5M to Pacific Maritime Group for the lease of water vessels (boats) to the Davis-Monthan AFB Rescue Squadron Community in order to support open water pararescue support services.

The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, personnel, management, and supervision necessary to support open water Pararescue support services in support of the DMAFB-RQSC. The contractor shall provide crew and support staff in order to meet all training requirements and to support all logistical requirements during extended training scenarios.

The performance of this requirement displays risk factors involving the management of multiple personnel both military and civilian, water/diving safety, maritime water vessel safety procedures, and overall task coordination between multiple training elements. It has been determined that this requirement is mission-essential as these water vessels provide the training environment needed to conduct five and seven-level upgrade training within the Air Force's Pararescueman and Combat Rescue Officers.

Rescue trainers and trainees assigned to the DMAFB-RQSC must be able to simulate maritime-related enemy engagements and scenarios in order to provide the best possible training in preparation for real-world emergencies and deployed missions.
