Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. All qualified sources must respond no later than 10:00 AM CST, 25 August 2026. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses should be emailed to the contracting officer, Mrs. Devin Green at devin.green.5@us.af.mil.
