Performance period will be sixty (60) calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed which includes 30 days on-site work. This project is being solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 237310 (Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction), with a size standard of $45.0 million. The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) expected late February 2024 with an estimated thirty (30) day response period. There will be an organized site visit planned for this solicitation, the correct time and location will be included in the solicitation. The work called for in this contract requires extensive scheduling and coordination because of the daily airfield operations. The commercial contractors that provide this service will develop work schedules that require flexibility for the clients. In accordance with FAR 36.204 and DFARS 236.204, the estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. There is no Government Furnished Property supplied for this project. The solicitation and all supporting documentation will be posted at this site for review and download. All contractors and subcontractors interested in this project must register at this site https://SAM.gov. It is the Offerors responsibility to check the website periodically for any amendments to the solicitation.
