ProPricer is the pricing tool used by several of the Defense Department’s largest contractors to produce cost/price proposals. The tool is not compatible with other contract modeling software and as such, is the only software capable of meeting the Government’s requirement. ProPricer is only available from a single source, Deltek, Inc. Please see the Justification and Approval document attached to this posting for additional details. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available at this time. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Interested sources must respond in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide the required supplies/services by 4 August 2025 at 2PM EST.
