Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Bill of Materials (BOM) attached to this combined synopsis/solicitation posting for additional details. This combined synopsis/solicitation is a request for competitive quotes/proposals. All responsible sources may submit a quote/proposal which shall be considered and evaluated by the agency on a lowest price technically acceptable basis. Interested sources must respond to the solicitation with a bid that supports their ability to provide the required supplies/services by 12:00 PM EST, 26 August 2026.
