## Description

Perform 13 inclinometer readings two times in the Base Year as follows:

1) between September 1st and October 15th; and 2) between April 15th and May 31st. Upon completion of each inclinometer reading event, the Contractor shall submit a report of all findings, conclusions and recommendations in a PDF electronic format which is required to be signed and stamped by a registered geotechnical engineer or engineering geologist licensed by the State of California (See SOW, Para 2.1, 2.2, and 2.3).
