## Description

**1 November 2023 Update:** The Request for Industry Feedback period has closed. The solicitation is projected to be released in early Calendar Year 2024. 5 October 2023 This is a Draft Solicitation and Request for Industry feedback.

Contractors interested in submitting feedback on this draft package should submit to the following individuals: Julie Maxwell, Contract Specialist, Julie.Maxwell@usace.army.mil Amber Scyoc, Contracting Officer, Amber.Scyoc@usace.army.mil Feedback is requested through 25 October 2023. Information received will be reviewed by the Government team. We will not be providing any responses to questions at this time, nor will feedback received be shared with Industry. The final solicitation package is currently scheduled to be posted in early 2024.
