This sources sought will be used as a “Market Survey Capability Assessment” for a potential future contract. This is NOT a formal notice of solicitation. No funds are currently available for this effort. In Accordance With (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.001(a)(3)(i), in order to determine if sources capable of satisfying the agency need exists, the Government will consider all responses received, particularly those received from Small Businesses (SB). Responses to this sources sought permits the Contracting Officer, IAW FAR 19.203(c), to consider an acquisition for SB socioeconomic concerns (e.g., Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), SDVOSB, or Woman-Owned SB (WOSB) programs) and to consider a SB set-aside (see 19.502-2(b)).
