At the minimum, the Contractor shall provide the following: The UFATS shall be new and unused (not a prototype) and constructed using cutting-edge technology. UFATS design specifications shall be based on Unit Under Test (UUT) requirements as noted in associated UUT Technical Orders (T.O.’s), which are listed in Appendix H. Any other provided documents/manuals associated with existing test equipment are for reference only. UFATS particulars are noted in the SOW. This requirement does contain export control documents. Interested contractors requesting access for the controlled documents will need to submit the following: Signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Current DD Form 2345 (Military Critical Technical Data Agreement) This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. Estimated Period of Performance: no later than 18 months after receipt of contract award Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation through the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov/content/home. No telephone requests. Authority is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). SAM registration is required to receive an award. Contractors can register electronically at https://sam.gov/entity-registration.
