** THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. NO QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL THE REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS POSTED. ** The Air Force and 76 AMXG intends to solicit the procurement of of one (1) UniWest EVi Advanced Eddy Current Instrument. It shall include:

UniWest EVi Advanced Eddy Current Automated Instrument with supporting accessories ItemNo.100052 •ECS-5 Scanner Item No.99978 •ECS-3 Scanner Item No. 100151 •64 Channel Array Scanner Item No. 100701 •ECA 64 Absolute Coil 200 kHz Probe Head Item No. US-4546 •Calibration Standard Holder Item No. 78238 •Cable Assy 27p to 27p Fischer Item No. 74191 •Cable Assy 27p to 12p Lemo Item No. 75915-10 •Calibration Standard Aluminum Item No. 78228-1 •Bobbin Assy Kit for ECS-3 Scanner Item No. 100227 •Equipment must be portable and able to be brought to aircraft, on site.

Equipment must be capable of producing an encoded (C-Scan) of eddy current results. A firm-fixed price type contract is contemplated. Estimated period of performance: 15 weeks after receipt of (ARO) award This will be 100% small business set-aside.
