## Description

**SOURCES SOUGHT:** This is NOT a Request for Quote. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.

Seymour Johnson Air Force Base anticipates a requirement for two (2) experienced speakers that will lead two 90-minute keynote addresses to cover critical topics that include traffic safety, sexual assault prevention, adverse childhood experiences (ACE), and decision making. Two 60-minute briefings for USAF leadership designed to enhance their understanding of ACE and equip them with strategies to foster more effective, resilient leadership in their units.

These audiences will be prescribed by the Comprehensive Airman Fitness (CAF) Day Plan along with specific times to execute the requirements. Speakers will need to be on base from 0700-1630 on 14 March 2025. Two speakers are necessary because the CAF Day schedule will not allow for one speaker to cover all of the venues at the same time.

Please review the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for CAF Day Speakers for required capabilities/salient characteristics and contractor responsibilities All interested firms shall submit a capabilities package that explicitly demonstrates company capabilities- providing resumes including any education/experience related to this effort. Respondents are further requested to indicate their status as a Foreign-owned/foreign-controlled firm and any contemplated use of foreign national employees on this effort.

Please note: All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Please reach out to the POC's listed if you are interested and capable of providing this service, thank you!
