No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to the Sources Sought or any follow-up information requests. To be considered as a potential source for this requirement, vendors shall provide the information included in the attached Sources Sought Notice, to include a company capability statement showing qualifications and experience with maintaining/working on Vindicator systems. Additionally, provide proof/verification on company letterhead (signed) showing the company is certified by the National Security Agency to service, maintain, and install Vindicator security systems. The Government is seeking feedback on the proposed NAICS, Statement of Work (SOW), and pricing arrangements for after hours service visits and emergency repairs.
