## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (Steam Fired Hot Water Heater with Storage Tank, Brazed Plate, Frame HE, and Controls) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and 13.105 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No F3Q2AD4143AW01. See Attached word document for the Combination Synopsis Solicitation, also attached is the Specification requirements. Product must meet all specifications identified. All Pricing shall include FOB Destination, see Synopsis Solicitation attacment for location
