The nature of the sole source is that there is only one known manufacturer of the Type VII GPX Starch-g Acrylic Blast Media: Archer Daniels Midland. ADM is on the Air Force's Qualified Products List for Mil-P-85891 Plastic Media Blast. ADM has designated Midvale as their authorized distributor.
