CAGE Code 54722. The action will be executed under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and the attached Single Source Justification. The requirement is to provide the following: Quantity of five Intoxilyzer 9000 brand breath alcohol testing instruments and accessories for use by the JBSA Security Forces Group. The nature of the sole source is that the Intoxilyzer 9000 is approved for use by the Texas Department of Public Safety for evidential DUI enforcement. See attached Single Source Justification for further details. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote or proposal.
