The requirement is to provide the following: Quantity of five Intoxilyzer 9000 brand breath alcohol testing instruments and accessories for use by the JBSA Security Forces Group. The nature of the sole source is that the Intoxilyzer 9000 is approved for use by the Texas Department of Public Safety for evidential DUI enforcement. See attached Single Source Justification for further details. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote or proposal. However, interested parties may submit a narrative describing their capabilities and qualifications to fully meet the requirements of this notice via email to: ericka.mcglone@us.af.mil and vivian.fisher@us.af.mil no later than 25 Sep 2024 at noon, 12:00PM. The information received will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.
