See attached redacted Single Source Justification (SSJ) for full details. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote or proposal. However, interested parties may submit a narrative describing their capabilities and qualifications to legitimately fulfill the requirement in its entirety via email to vivian.fisher@us.af.mil with a copy to catherine.hardy@us.af.mil no later than 26 Dec 2025 at 1:00PM Central Time. Any costs incurred in preparing the submission will not be reimbursed by the Government.
