This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received no later than 15 September 2025. Although \"quote\" and \"proposal\" are used in this notice of contract action, your responses will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. The Government will not pay for any information, or quotes, received in response to this announcement. A determination by the Government to complete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
