## Description

SEE ATTACHED SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS

This acquisition is for a tactical communication and hearing protection system. The requirement is for 3M PELTOR COMTAC VI headsets and attachments or a technically equivalent system from another manufacturer. The headsets must be capable of full integration with both currently used Motorola radios and future Harris radio systems.

**IAW RFO 5.101(c)(2):** Set asides are not applicable in Germany.

**IAW RFO 5.101(c)(4):** (iii) Is not applicable to this requirement (vi) All responsible sources are invited to submit a response to show interest which will be considered by the agency. Please note that this not a Request for Quotation but rather a pre-solicitation notice, and no quotes will be accepted in response at this time. A formal solicitation will be posted on GSA AF Advantage.
