A justification and approval will be published after award. This single source action is needed to prevent unacceptable cost, schedule, and mission impacts if the Government were to award to a vendor other than TKS Telepost Kabel-Service Kaiserslautern GmbH. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB);the Air Force does not intended to award a contract on the basis of this notice. This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received no later than 05 September 2025.
