## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after closing date.

In the event the Government cancels solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
