## Description

L3 Harris is the only manufacturer of the Panter II MILSAT Terminals that provide small form factor MILSATCOM PACE capabilities for operations that use the Mobile Digital Infrastructure vehicle or require travel via commercial air. DOES fulfill UTC Requirement. If not funded, 1 CBCS will have limited ability to include MILSATCOM in PACE plans for agile operations that use UTCs or require members to travel via commercial air. This poses risk to these missions due to the current Ramstein communications architecture.
