All electrical installations must comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC/NFPA 70) for U.S. requirements and Verband der Elektrotechnik (VDE) standards for German Electrical Installations, and all applicable civil engineering regulations. IAW RFO 5.101(c)(2): Set asides are not applicable in Germany. IAW RFO 5.101(c)(4): (iii) Is not applicable to this requirement (vi) All responsible sources are invited to submit a response to show interest which will be considered by the agency.
