It is not a solicitation! The US Air Force is seeking input from interested sources on the requirement for Education Services Test Administrator and to identify potential sources. The requirement is for US Air Force units located in the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC), Germany, in accordance with attached NPSC- Test Administrator SOW (Statement of Work). Interested sources are requested to review attached NPSC- Test Administrator SOW, and provide comments, concerns and recommendations in accordance with attached Market Research Questionnaire. In addition, interested sources are requested to provide a capability statement which briefly describes previous and/or current work experience in or relating to the areas listed above.
